Lie on your belly. Put your arms on the floor and move your higher body above the floor. The weight of the upper body should lie on your palms. Wait for 5 seconds and then return to relaxing again. Repeat the process ten times every day.
Knee To Chest
Lie down on your back. Keep your legs straight. Bring one knee close to your chest. Hold your knee with your palms and press it against your chest. Swap with both the legs.
