The evaluation may consist of a physical examination and various tests such as x-rays, range of motion tests, MRI scans, and a neurological inspection. You will begin a treatment program once a doctor has found the cause of your neck, left shoulder and upper back pain. You can also treat your shoulder pain and back pain naturally. You are part way to a solution once you establish the root of your pain.
